What this does
A style is more than a caption font. The clone measures where the words sit and how many show at once, the fonts and their colours, how often the picture cuts and punches in, what pops up beside the speaker and when, and the sound under it.
It never copies the other video itself. Your video is your footage and your words; only the way it is edited is learned.
Every clone comes with a plain report: what matched closely, what only came near, and what the reference does that Clypmint cannot draw yet (hand-drawn stickers or 3D scenes, for example), with what it does instead.
Cloning is on the plans from $89 a month. A clone that fails does not count toward your plan.

What it will not do
Clypmint copies how a video is edited, not what is in it: never its footage, music or words. YouTube does not let our servers download videos, so a YouTube reference is uploaded as a file. Some effects cannot be drawn yet; the clone says which.

Can I copy the editing style of a video I found online?
Yes, on Pro and up. Upload it or paste a link, and Clypmint learns how it is edited, then edits your footage that way.
What does a clone actually copy?
The caption system (position, size, font, colours, how many words at once, how they arrive), the pacing of the cuts and punch-ins, the graphics and pictures that pop up and when, the colour of the picture and the sound effects.
Does it work with YouTube links?
Not directly: YouTube blocks downloads from our servers. Download the video (or record the screen) and upload the file instead. Instagram, TikTok, X, Vimeo, Facebook, Loom, LinkedIn and Reddit links work.
How close does it get?
Each clone reports how close it came, part by part, and lists what the reference does that it cannot draw yet. Captions, pacing and pictures usually come close; custom illustrations and 3D scenes are replaced with the nearest thing Clypmint can draw.
