Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Clypmint (the "Service"), operated by Parker Nuttall ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Clypmint is AI-assisted video editing software. You provide recordings and a brand profile. Clypmint prepares and edits the recordings, with review, revisions, and exports included in your plan. Quality, timing, processing time, and available output formats may vary by plan and source material.

3. Accounts & Payment

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. The free plan includes your first video and 12 editing credits a month. There is no time-limited trial. Existing saved work remains available in your account. No card. Free videos download at 720p with a small watermark. Paid plans are clean and full quality.

Starter is $29 per month for 120 editing credits, 1 brand, with uploads up to 15 minutes long. Pro is $89 per month for 400 editing credits, 1 brand, with uploads up to 90 minutes long. Operator is $189 per month for 900 editing credits, up to 3 brands, with uploads up to 180 minutes long. Agency is $499 per month for 2400 editing credits, up to 10 brands, with uploads up to 180 minutes long. Every plan includes three rounds of changes per video and exports. Stripe charges the selected plan at subscription signup and renews it at the selected monthly or annual billing interval until cancelled. Personal Studio usage is counted by UTC calendar month; changing plans does not erase usage already recorded that month. Cancelling stops renewal and paid access continues through the end of the paid period. Existing subscriptions retain the purchase terms, including the price, that apply to them. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Creator Team subscriptions

Creator Team is a separate $499 USD monthly subscription for one campaign, three creator seats, 50 new campaign videos per billing period, up to three minutes of source footage per video, two revision rounds per video and 5 GB of campaign assets. Its shared allowance follows the Stripe subscription period and does not consume an invited creator’s personal Studio allowance. Failed edits and unrequested fallback drafts do not consume a video. Creator compensation, affiliate commissions, ad spend and bespoke style extraction are not included. Campaign owners are responsible for permission to use supplied footage and for reviewing content before publishing. Manage invoices and cancellation in Team billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; already-paid access continues until the period ends. Existing private pilot arrangements remain unchanged unless a team subscription is started.

4. Usage & Fair Use

Each plan has the stated finished-video and brand limits, together with technical source-duration, storage, and processing limits. We may enforce daily, weekly, monthly, concurrency, and technical-cost protections to prevent runaway or abusive use. Creating duplicate accounts, evading a limit, or automating access may result in blocking or suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on third-party copyright, trademark, or likeness rights you do not have permission to use.
  • Generate content that is defamatory, deceptive (deepfakes impersonating real people without consent), sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our models, prompts, or internal APIs.
  • Resell access to the Service in a way that materially competes with us.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded material and of the finished videos we produce for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to deliver the Service (transcription, analysis, rendering, storage, and style reuse scoped to your account). We own the Service, the style contracts, and all underlying software.

7. Data, Privacy, Deletion

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your Settings page; deletion is irreversible.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI processing, transcription, rendering, payments, analytics, authentication, and data storage, including AWS, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, PostHog, OpenAI, Moonshot AI, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, ElevenLabs, and fal.ai. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' terms for the portions of the pipeline they handle.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
