B-roll for agents.
Name a person, company, product, place or event. Get real photos and footage of exactly that, checked and ready to use.
How it works
- 1Name it
Send a person, company, product, app, place or event. Add the line of script it plays over if you have one.
- 2We check it
We pull candidates from sources that allow reuse. A vision model scores each one from 0 to 10 and writes what it shows.
- 3Drop it in
Get a download link, or a one-line command that cuts a clip or records the real website on your machine. The license and credit line come with it.
Add it to your agent
Two ways in. The MCP server gives your agent three tools: find_broll, plan_broll and broll_usage. Or call the REST API from any code.

Where the footage comes from
The main sources, all with terms that allow reuse:
- Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons
- NASA
- Public-domain films on the Internet Archive
- The subject’s own official site
- The subject’s own official YouTube channel
Every shot carries its license and a credit line. Platform video and live sites are not served by us. A one-line command cuts the clip or records the site on your own machine.
Questions
What do I get back?
A short list of shots. Each one has a score from 0 to 10, a plain line on what it shows, its license, a credit line and a link. Video and live sites come with a one-line command that makes the file on your machine.
Where does the footage come from?
Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, NASA, public-domain films on the Internet Archive, and the subject’s own official site and official YouTube channel. Every shot says which one.
Can I use a shot in a video I sell or post?
Read the license on the shot. When it has a credit line, put that line in your video or its description. When commercial use says null, the rights belong to the owner, so ask them or pick another shot.
What does it cost?
100 searches a month are free, with no card. After that it is $0.02 for each search that finds a shot. A search that finds nothing is never billed.
Do you host or relay YouTube videos?
No. Platform video and live websites are cut on your own machine with the command on the shot. We do not serve those bytes.
Which agents does it work with?
Any agent that can call a web API. There is also an MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, and an open-source client and agent skill on GitHub.
