The rules
- When credits run out. We show the price before anything runs. Failed work is refunded. If you do not have enough credits, nothing starts: choose fewer outputs, a shorter part or a bigger plan. On the free plan, once the free credits for the month are used, pick a plan to keep going.
- Rollover. Credits renew with your billing month and do not roll over. Yearly plans still get their credits every month.
- Cancel. Cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that. There is no fee to leave, and your exports stay downloadable for 30 days after your paid access ends.
- Refunds. Failed work is refunded. Billing errors are always refunded. Not happy with your first video? Tell us within 7 days of your first charge and we keep working on it with you until you are. A renewal that surprised you and went unused is refunded if you tell us within 14 days. A plan bought by mistake is fixed if you tell us within 48 hours. Yearly plans are not refunded for a change of mind after those windows. Anything else, ask: a person decides. The refund policy wins if this page differs.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free plan: free to make and watch, a paid plan to download. Your first video is free, from up to 10 minutes of video, then you get 12 free credits a month. No card is needed to start. Plans start at $29 a month and download clean, in full quality. Copying a reference style starts on Starter, with 1 Clone included each month; a Match copy is free.
Does upload length mean finished video length?
No. Upload length is the footage you send, and finished length is the video you get. Credits count both: the footage we read, and the minutes of finished video. If the finished video is shorter than the price we showed, the difference comes back.
How big can my files be?
Upload one main video per edit. Add up to 50 photos, screen recordings or B-roll clips, with up to 2 GB for each supporting file and 20 GB for the whole project.
What happens when my credits run out?
We show the price before anything runs. Failed work is refunded. If you do not have enough credits, nothing starts: choose fewer outputs, a shorter part or a bigger plan. On the free plan, once the free credits for the month are used, pick a plan to keep going.
Do unused credits roll over?

What is a clip?
A vertical clip we cut from a longer recording, ready for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Each clip costs 2 credits (Fast) or 3 (Best).
How do I make my own style?
Paste a link to any video from Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Loom or LinkedIn, or upload it, and choose how. Clone studies it deeply and builds new captions, graphics and motion held to its frames. It is close to that video, not a copy. Match is quick: it maps that look onto our own styles, and is labeled approximate. A Clone style copy uses your monthly allowance, then 100 credits. A Match style copy is free. Starter includes 1 Clone style copy a month, Pro 3, Operator 3, Agency 10.
Can I cancel?
