Credits are your editing balance. One edit costs 3 credits plus 1 per minute you upload, rounded up. A 7-minute upload costs 10 credits. An extra Short, ad hook or video format costs 3 credits. We show the cost before you start. Two rounds of changes are included, downloads on a plan use no credits, and failed edits use no credits. Your balance resets on the first of each month; unused credits do not roll over.
Upload length is how long the video from your camera is, before editing. It includes pauses and retakes. We tighten the pacing, keep the useful parts, and add captions and graphics in your chosen style. Tell the editor what to keep and the length you want in your notes.
