# Clypmint Editing for Claude

Correct captions, cut footage, adjust framing and text, preview and download existing Clypmint projects from Claude. Exact edits with version history and undo.

Available from the public plugin repository and as a custom MCP connection where your host permits it. Directory submission, approval and publication are separate; this page does not claim an approved listing.

Install in a compatible plugin host, then sign in to your existing Clypmint account. Custom MCP connections expose tools; packaged skills require the plugin. Prepare a project in https://clypmint.com/studio, then select it in Claude.

## Try it

- Show my latest video. Fix the caption spelling I choose, keeping the recorded speech and timing.
- Show my selected video’s transcript. Help me choose the words to cut from the unfinished ending, then preview the result.
- Make my selected video square with the whole picture visible. Show the preview, prepare the download when I ask, and keep the previous version for undo.

## Scope and account limits

This edition edits existing projects with deterministic operations. It does not generate synthetic video, images, audio or narration, extract files from Claude chats, run local scripts, or publish social posts.

Existing account rights and direct-edit limits apply. Exports may require an eligible account. There are no payment tools in this edition. A ready processing state alone does not prove the requested edit is correct.

## Privacy and help

The declared server receives selected project IDs and edit instructions, and returns account-owned project data. It does not receive Claude chat history, memories or host-uploaded files. Disconnect in Claude to end access. Delete project data in Clypmint under its normal retention policy.
